Membership

Land in a city already knowing who is there.

Membership gives you your own cities, a calendar to plan from, the people worth meeting where you are going, and FJS Concierge one request away.

What membership gives you

What a member has.

Each of these is in the members’ area today. Who you meet there is up to you and to them: nobody is shown to anyone without choosing it.

  • Cities that are yours

Name your home city and the cities that matter to you. Each one shows what is on next there.

  • A calendar you can plan from

Save an event, or mark yourself interested or going. See the calendar for you, worldwide, by your cities or by what you saved, and add any event to your own calendar.

  • Trips that gather what matters

Add where you are going and when. For your next trip you see the events during your dates, your connections who will be there and people open to introductions. A trip is private unless you choose otherwise.

  • Who is in town

See who is in a city and who is arriving, as each member has chosen to share it. Save someone for later, or hide them.

  • Introductions by consent

A connection needs both of you to say yes. An introduction is made only when both people agree, directly or through the FunJetSetter team. Remove a connection or block anyone at any time.

  • Privacy that starts closed

Nothing about you is shared until you open it. You choose who sees your profile, your interests, your city, your travel and what you attend: nobody, your connections, or members.

  • Invitations

What FJS Concierge has selected for you, for members, or for those attending an event, each one saying who it is for.

  • A concierge that knows your trip

Ask FJS Concierge from a trip, and the request opens with its city and dates already named.

You are told when something changes in the members’ area and by email: as it happens, daily, weekly or not at all.

Inside FunJetSetter

What it looks like inside.

A member’s own area gathers five things in one place. The cities and events below are real, from the public calendar. What a member sees of people and invitations is theirs alone, so those two are described in words.

  • Your cities

How membership is considered

Requested, read, answered.

Membership is by request, and each request is considered on its own. This is all there is to it.

  1. Request

Sign in with your FJS Passport, or create one, then fill in a short application: your name, mobile, home city and what you do. You can add who introduced you, and why FunJetSetter.

  2. Personal review

Every application is read personally. There is nothing more for you to do while yours is considered.

  3. Welcome

The answer comes by email, to the address on your FJS Passport. Once you are welcomed as a member, signing in opens your own area.

A request is considered, so it is not a promise of membership.

The account

One account for both.

One FJS Passport
FunJetSetter and FJS Concierge share one account, the FJS Passport. You sign in to both with it.
A Passport is not membership
Creating an FJS Passport gives you an account. Membership of FunJetSetter is requested separately, with the application described above.
Already with FJS Concierge?
Then you have an FJS Passport already, and there is no second account to create. An FJS Concierge account is not membership either: sign in with the account you have and request membership from there.
