FunJetSetter and FJS Concierge are sister products of one company, sharing the FJS Passport identity system and a single database. FunJetSetter is where you discover the world FJS Concierge moves through: the World Calendar, cities, and a selection of what FJS Concierge arranges, under Access.

Arranging any of it, travel, dining, culture, events and everything else shown on FunJetSetter, is done by FJS Concierge, under FJS Concierge’s own terms (opens in a new tab). Asking about something on FunJetSetter, through “Ask FJS Concierge” or a listing’s request link, opens a conversation with FJS Concierge. It is not a booking, and it does not by itself create a contract for any arrangement.

Membership is considered individually. Applying does not guarantee acceptance, and FunJetSetter may decline an application, or hold it on a waitlist, without giving a reason. An open application belongs to your FJS Passport; you may have only one open at a time.

Your FunJetSetter account uses the same FJS Passport as FJS Concierge: signing in, registering and verifying your email all happen on FJS Concierge. You are responsible for what happens under your account and for keeping your credentials to yourself. Tell us if you believe your account has been used without your permission, and we will close the session.

What FunJetSetter shows, whether an edition on the World Calendar, a city’s places, or an Access listing, reflects what FJS Concierge has chosen to show on FunJetSetter at that time, and may change or close without notice. Nothing shown on FunJetSetter is booked or held for you until FJS Concierge confirms it in writing, under its own terms.

FunJetSetter lets members ask to connect with one another, and ask for or offer an introduction, always within the privacy choices each member has made (see our privacy policy). Asking is a request only: it is not a guarantee the other member will accept it, and either member may decline it, or withdraw it, at any time. Depending on the settings each member chooses, an introduction may go through the FunJetSetter team, directly between members, or both.

Use FunJetSetter honestly and as yourself. Do not impersonate another person, misuse another member’s details, attempt to reach members outside FunJetSetter’s own tools without their consent, or use FunJetSetter to advertise, solicit or conduct business unrelated to the network’s purpose.

FunJetSetter membership can be ended at FunJetSetter’s discretion. When that happens, your membership is marked revoked: access to the member area closes, but your FJS Passport itself is not deleted, and any relationship you hold directly with FJS Concierge is not affected by it. A revoked membership can be restored by FunJetSetter’s team. You may also close your own account at any time by writing to sigal@funjetsetter.com.

FunJetSetter is provided as it stands. We work to keep it accurate and available, but do not promise it will be uninterrupted or free of error, and are not liable for loss arising from its use beyond what the law requires. Where FJS Concierge arranges something you asked about through FunJetSetter, FJS Concierge’s own terms and liability apply to that arrangement, not FunJetSetter’s.

The FunJetSetter name, the crest, the writing and the photography on this site belong to FJSConcierge Ltd or to the partners who supplied them. Please do not reuse them without asking.

Applications and requests made through FunJetSetter are treated as private. FunJetSetter does not publish a member list, and does not trade on the names of the people in its network.

These terms, and FunJetSetter itself, are governed by the law of England and Wales, the same as FJS Concierge’s own terms, and the courts of England and Wales have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising from them.
